Shipping Policies

Some La Osa items are made to order and will take longer to process. Please allow 2-4 business days for certain items to be shipped. All items ship from Canada. You will receive an email notification once your item is on its way! Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or holidays. If you have any questions about shipping times before you order, please contact us.

Your La Osa Jewelry purchase will be packaged in a cloth pouch and/or gift box for safe shipping. Multiple items will be packaged together unless specified otherwise at time of purchase.

Local Pickup

If you would like to order online and pick up your order at our storefront in Stratford, On, choose the PICKUP option at Step 2 when you are checking out. You will not be charged a shipping or delivery fee. Your order will be available for pickup anytime during regular store hours. Please wait 24 hours after placing your order to pick it up unless you have contacted us to request an earlier pickup time. PLEASE NOTE: We are not offering free local delivery at this time.

Canadian Shipping

Canada Post Expedited Service: includes tracking, allow 2-7 business days for delivery. $15 (plus applicable taxes)
FREE SHIPPING on orders over $200 (before tax) in Canada. Use discount code: FREESHIP200 when you checkout to redeem.

US Shipping

USA Tracked Packet: Continental US, includes tracking, allow 5-13 business days for delivery. $15
USA Expedited Service: Continental US, includes tracking, allow 4-10 business days for delivery. $20
We are not responsible for any customs, duty or import charges.

Gift Cards

Gift cards will be shipped via Canada Post regular letter mail at no charge, to Canadian addresses only. Choose the ‘Gift Card’ shipping option at checkout. Please note, other items can not/will not be shipped using the Gift Card shipping method so do not select this if you have ordered anything other than a gift card.

International Shipping

Shipped via Canada Post with tracking. Shipping times vary by country. Please get in touch if you would like a specific shipping estimate to your destination country. $35 and up.

Customs & Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
