Returns & Exchanges
We hope you will be in love with your purchase but if you aren't, both new and vintage items purchased in-store can be exchanged for store credit within 14 days of purchase and in original condition. We know this can be tricky to determine with vintage items and La Osa reserves the right to refuse unreasonable exchanges. Due to hygienic reasons - swimwear, lingerie, socks/hosiery and earrings are final sale and not eligible for exchange.
If you purchased an item online and are not satisfied, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to set up a return by sending us a message. You are responsible for return shipping fees. Your item may be returned for an exchange or credit if it is unused and in original condition. At this time, VINTAGE items purchased online are final sale and can not be returned or exchanged. If you have any questions or concerns about your purchase, do not hesitate to get in touch.
Repairs
Jewelry can really take a beating. We are happy to make reasonable repairs on La Osa Jewelry up to a year after purchase. Repair fees may apply. La Osa reserves the right to charge for or deny unreasonable requests for repairs.
Jewelry Care
La Osa Jewelry is made from vintage, new and natural materials. Signs of oxidation, colour variation and wear are usually intentional and add to the unique beauty of these items. Avoid putting your jewelry in direct contact with water, lotions, oils and perfumes and always remove when exercising, showering and sleeping. To polish brass jewelry use a commercial brass cleaner or try this DIY method: rub lemon juice and salt onto the item until desired brightness is achieved, rinse with clean water and dry thoroughly.
All earring posts are either sterling silver, 14k gold-filled or surgical steel. These metals are nickel-free and considered hypo-allergenic for most people.
Vintage
We do not offer consignment services. If you have old items that you would like to donate to us we would be happy to find a good home for them. We promise to take good care, clean and make repairs if they are a good fit for our shop. If you have any further questions please reach out to us by email here, or call during business hours.
